I took a chance on this production, knowing my dog would be freaked out past anything and everything. The product and design are pretty expert, a little bouncier than I'd like and the sandpaper substance is pretty useless, but of course my dog refused to go anywhere near information technology. At 80 lbs she is almost impossible to lift into my SUV and she won't jump in. I was hoping this would exist the answer but non so far. I'm trying to decide whether to return or keep trying. Volition definitely demand to put something else over the surface as other reviews accept mentioned. The product is fine, it'south just my dog that'due south the problem.

The ramp works I suppose. It buckles and moves more than I would like when the canis familiaris gets on it. The "non-skid" blanket is better then blank plastic, but isnt actually non slip. It's just sandpaper that grinds my dogs nails down.
Sturdy, but handle arrived cleaved. Dog hates it.

There are good treads on this, and information technology isn't besides heavy. However, the handle was missing a spiral and was unusable out of the box. Our dog would not get on it. We tried and he scrambled to get off, hurting himself and me in the process. Granted--he'due south an old dog--14. Recommend if you ever consider using a ramp when they're one-time, starting time them as a puppy. Am hoping I tin can return this particular.

My pitty has horrible arthritis in her knees and I drive a large SUV. This has been a life saver for my dog to go far and out of the auto. She gets injections for the arthritis twice a calendar week, so she has to exist able to get in and out easily. Non too heavy, merely might be to others.

We actually bought this for camping because our 13 yo lab couldn't practise the steps. It was a little wide only we were able to shave it down plenty to fit snug on the stair. She is still getting used to it but, I call back she likes it meliorate than the stairs!!

My dog weights around 150 and the ramp has already started to bow and only used a handful of times. I do like the oversized width of the ramp for a big dog.
